Intended to mimic a one hand deadlift once set up (although more of a partial lift than a full range - from the floor - effort) the simple fact of the handles rotation and the weight or load hanging beneath the handle makes it something of a test. A handful (pun intended) pull in excess of 250lbs and Mark Felix is, for now, still King of the heap with 301lbs on one version and in excess of 260lbs on the latest version.
