This is a Support Gem. But it just seems like the damage that the keystone provides is overshadowed by potential other damage boosters.The gem isn't that great but the keystone is fine. However, Duelist bow builds (which are already rare) simply run over to the Ranger area for evasion and bow crit.Maybe Iron Grip needs to have the bonus increased for projectiles? It is possible for more than one projectile from this skill to hit a single enemy, including the one that was already hit by melee attack, although the chance to hit the initial target is considerably reduced because of deadzone around it. And it also helps some of the stranger str bow builds.There's a lot of builds where Iron Grip would be fine, but only fine. And there are more nodes there that you WANT to take than you have points for, you could easily spend 180 points on bow damage, crit and life without going anywhere near Iron Grip.If Iron Grip was closer to the middle scion area, it would probably get taken semi frequently, almost all bow builds end up with atleast 200 strength, making the node an easy 40% increased physical damage which would be efficient.But its not, the closest a physical bow build I would make would get to it would be the scion life wheel, MAYBE berserking, which would put you 5 nodes away, reducing that nice 40ish % ipd down to 8 per node, which is inferior to the 10, 12 and 15% minor nodes in the ranger/duelist areas, which all lead to 24ish% notables.Iron grip is perfectly fine, meta is just broken, your not going to get much strength and be going crit 95% of the time (really all that bottom left side has to offer crit wise is 1 hand crit nodes, which are good, but dagger is better.)
